3 steps to maximize every hour of your day.


Step 1: Fill in Each Column

  1. Date: Insert date (most recent date will appear at the top)
  2. Hours Slept For: Insert hours asleep.
  3. Tier (1-3): Insert hours to complete the tasks.

When inserting the minutes follow these value below

0 Minutes 0.00
15 Minutes 0.25
30 Minutes 0.50
45 Minutes 0.75

Step 2: Reduce Hours Left

The goal is to have 0-3 hours left in your day

Remember to select which table (by date/created time) that you want to add tasks to

AND choose the correct date of the daily tasks table

  1. If you have 3+ hour left, add more tasks to your table (Tier 1-3 ONLY)
