How to Stop Wasting Your Time

  1. Identify and insert a distraction (Tier 4 activity).
  2. Select the size of the distraction.
    1. Small (1-2 Hours)
    2. Medium (2-4 Hours)
    3. Large (4+ Hours)
  3. Identify and insert a productive replacement.
  4. ONLY check the box when you fill the time hole with the productive replacement.

Press “New” to add a distraction.
